Avoid at all cost! Dario is not a reliable businessman and will take your money quickly, but will never complete the terms and conditions of which you paid for. We were told that it would be a $100 consulting fee for their "designer" to come out and give us a quote of cabinets. I signed a credit card authorization form and was told that I would be contacted to set up the appointment. Nobody called, and they charged my card the $100 fee. After two weeks of hearing nothing, I reached out to Dario, the owner. He stated that they did call, which he did not. He claimed to have a call log showing this. D'Best has the best prices in Orlando,Period. Excellent costumer service and knowledgeable on the items they sell. Dario, the owner was so willing to help us with the selection of the tiles with great price and the best quality. Very friendly and honest. I am in the process of installing the porcelain tiles and I cannot wait the see the complete outcome of my home.

Terrible service. I called 3 times to get some information and no one ever answered the phone; but perhaps they were busy. I went down to the store since it was on my way home. After waiting in the showroom for a while (only one customer was there), they had no idea what vinyl plank cork flooring was or even similar products that did not require an underlayment were. Other stores on Colonial had many different brands of this type of product. The fellow at DBest said it did not exist. I had to pull up products on my phone (like Nucore) to show him...and then he didn't have any more time to spare! It was laughable.

I visited Dbest floors to contract them to complete a demolition and bathroom remodel. I spoke with Dario on 3/25/17 who is the owner and scheduled for work to begin on 4/10/17. on 3/25 I also paid Dario $6000 up front as he stated work could not begin until payment was made. 4/10/17 I contacted Dario asking what time the installers would be arriving. Dario advised they would be here between 11 am and 12 pm. I waited until 12:45 pm and called Dario back as they had not arrived. Dario explained that they were running late and they would be here shortly. 3:00pm rolled around and the installer still hadn't arrived. I contacted Dario and he told me that the installers would not be coming today because their "van broke down". Dario said they would be coming the next day 4/11.
