For any of those that believe D'Best Floorz & More will provide you with great service, be prepared for a long haul battle. On August 12th I bought a set of cabinets from D'Best store, and from the first appointment that was made, the experience was terrible. No one showed up. And thus started a continuous monotonous habit of missed appointments.

I went to complain with the owner Dario Hernandez in person twice over this issue, and both times he made excuses, refused to abide by the contract refund policy, revised and created contracts, and still nothing was done. The only time the installers did showed up was nothing short of disastrous. Instead of using a stud finder, they made holes in the wall with a pencil...! When the wall cabinets were installed, they left big gaps between the ceiling and the cabinets. When they noticed that some of the cabinets weren't...

Salesman was great.. picking upthe order is another matter. Told 10 mins 35-40 mins with just 2 people that came in after us. after asking twice because I had to go to work finally was ready to cancel the order and told someone that then someone finally helped us and had the order within 5 mins a few men there but no one helping people that came in after us got help before us. Definitely need help with their customer service. Receptionist at the desk and didn't even pick up her head when we walked in. Did not ask if we needed help or anything. First of all we made arrangements on Saturday to pick up today secondary those customers came in after we did we were sitting for about 6 mins before they came in. Besides why tell us 10 mins and it being more than 40. Horrible customer service

This place has great quality and pricing. The owners are nice and very knowledgeable on all their products. Love this place!
