Try avoiding this company if possible. My mother went into D’Best to set up a kitchen remodeling estimate appointment. Appointment was set up and $100 were charged to her card; they said they’ll call back to confirm appt. but never did nor returned her phone calls nor email she wrote to them. A week later they finally called back but by then we hired some one else and wanted our money back. They told her she had to come into the store to get her refund. When she returned to the store today, employee (might have been owner Dario, assisted her with refund but when she got home she noticed he charged her ANOTHER $100 and refunded them right away!!! My mom asked the guy before leaving store, “are you sure you didn’t just charge me again?” and he replied “I’m sure”.
