I gotta say that at first, I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews. I just thought it would be okay to see what they were offering and give them a try. Finally, I went to the store, and they have pretty nice options for flooring and kitchen. I decided to speak to the person in charge of the kitchen area, because I wanted to see if the prices were worth my time. Surprisingly, my husband and I loved one of the designs Henry showed us and the price was so right!! The installers did an awesome job with our kitchen and our new flooring! Maria and Henry were really helpful at the store, and Marcos (the cabinets installer) is really experienced, you can tell that he knows what he is doing. It exceeded our expectations in terms of service and moneywise. 100% recommended!

This company should seriously considering changing their name from D'Best to D'Worst. The initial sales consult was good at least I thought. They charge per sq ft to for materials and installation, they charged another $150 per stair to put on the stair treads as they explained it was a special order on the stair moldings. They tried to cut a corner on my stairs by putting on these hideous stair noses with the laminate instead of full stair treads/moldings that I ordered and paid for. It looked terrible and it was a huge safety risk as each stair nose lifted off each stair.

I stopped the work until I could resolve it with the store. Even the sales agents admitted to it being horrible and literally admitted that they install it like that in the hopes that the buyer doesnt realize it. Only when the buyer complains will they order what is really required. And they charged me...

I dont think the have any promotions like they do say on radio

We'd been in before and liked the selection and pricing, but when it came to purchase and installation, we had a lot of frustrations.

Purchase: They came out and took measurements and the next day texted us a quote. We were happy with the price, but when we showed up in person it was close to $2k more than what they just said on the text message. It took 45 minutes and trying to walk out before they said they'd do it for the quoted price. Felt like a used car sale hussle. I still don't understand the price discrepancy being they had the measurements and material prices when they texted us the quote.

Installation: quality of installation was good, but internal communication and communication with us was frustrating. The carpet guy didn't bring enough because he didn't know he was carpeting the stairs. Installers didn't know they were suppose to be installing...

Need to remodel 1800 SQ FT of flooring in our newly purchased house, but after seeing the owner of the business post such unprofessional comments back to reviewers, I'll take my business elsewhere....

Just reading the rude replies that the owner gives to every negative comment about his business REALLY makes me not want to even consider this company. Very unprofessional. You need to think before you respond. Remember, once it's on the internet you can't make it go away. So sad.

Very difficult to work with. Customer service does not exist especially after initial order. Price is on par with other dealers so just not worth the headache. I made the mistake of ordering for more than one house at the same time and have had difficulties every step of the way. There are plenty of other options where your business will be appreciated.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! cant wait to see how the rest of the job with them finishes out! hopefully it went as smooth as ordering the counter tops and tile!!!
