My experience with this place was good only when I went to the actual store, a gentleman known as Bebo was amazing and very kind so was the owner can't complain there. Other than that, the lack of communication is horrible when it comes down to setting up an appointment to get an estimate done. the worst part is that it's an estimate in which the customer pays for. At first I was not comfortable of paying a $100 for an estimate, but at the end of the day time is money so I paid regardless. This would be my second review as the first one didn't post. Long story short I was not called when promised to make the appointment, we had to call. An appointment was finally created and no call no show. Fourth time was the charming but, until this day we are still waiting for our writen estimate and sketch that was promised for the cabinets.

If you search, “Dbest Floorz” aka “Yogi Carpet”, you may want to read the complaints, not the fabricated reviews. The complaints are valid. Then you can ask yourself if you think that Dbest deserves your business. They have received a “D” rating for a reason.
Still undecided? You may want to check out myorangeclerk.com and read the court litigations against Yogi Carpet or the owner. Deplorable. This month, their latest court tactic is to continually delay production of documents to the court.

Don’t go here! There’s a reason they have a 1.5 on Yelp, and D rating with the BBB. You should go read through all of the other horrible reviews as well, or just a few, because reading through all of them will take a long time. The owner can’t run a business. Their workers damaged multiple tiles in my parent’s home. They use very cheap padding. The padding they brought was torn, stained, thin and looked used in every way -not exactly good sanitary practices during Covid. They offered to replace the old, dirty padding when we told them it appears to be used, but why work with someone who isn’t trustworthy in the first place? They disappointed us in every aspect: customer service, poor product, unskilled installers, and unprofessionalism in every way. I think the most laughable quote was from their manager, Leo, who boasted that they haven’t received any bad reviews in five months....

Don't shop here. Id swear I took a wrong turn and arrived at Disney because I didn't deal with a professional sales team. I've had the misfortune of dealing with Mickey, Donald and the owner GOOFY , these jokers couldn't lay a dinner table let alone a floor covering. They ruined my home don't let them do the same at your home. Save yourself tears and expense. NEVER buy from GOOFY. Stay clear of D'WORST,
