My husband and I were so excited when we finally went to D Best Flooring since we heard great things about them on radio ads. But that’s just it, they are RADIO ADS.

I honestly WOULDN’T RECOMMEND this place because the guys that they contract to do the flooring/countertops (different people) are sloppy, work in a rush, and also are disrespectful. In the contract D Best are NOT responsible for ANY DAMAGES done to your home. Obviously because they hire the CHEAPEST people to do the job, that DO NOT care about the satisfaction done to your home.

QUALITY OVER QUANTITY!!

Not Good. Not Recommended

Dbest did my living room floors about 10 years ago. Was very happy. Then to this present time I needed some changes to the rest of my floors and bathroom conversion . I had contacted several places to give me estimates and some of their representatives not too nice. I called Dbest and glad they had the same owner Dario. He came to my house and gave me an estimate and we signed the contract. On construction day Dario’s people came and they were very nice and friendly. At the end of construction as always was very pleased with their service and finish product. Now my house is so beautiful especially my bathroom . The price to do the whole work was very reasonable. Really D best! They live up to their name My husband and I were treated like family in top of that . If you need your house done go to Dbest first. You will not regret it.

Henry and his crew did a poor job on my bathroom remodel. I could write a very long detailed review but I don't want to spend my valuable time on it. I'm happy to have found a much better and more professional contractor (Broome Property Enterprises) to fix the bad job that Dbest did. I do NOT recommend dealing with Dbest.

Poor quality on the installation of our bathroom shower, the shower leak from the drain to one of our bedrooms causing mold and mildew that affect my son asthma they respond about warranty couple times and the issue continue, this company request a water leak inspection with the promise to reimburse what never happen if the leak is from the shower what was positive I stop the allegations from the company and prefer contract someone serious to fix the leak issue caused per poor installation of the water drain
I can said they attend the two times my call about the issue but the final product of this shower renovation was not what we expect from the money we paid for that
Am not really recommend this company at all, the satisfaction is 0 from 10
