D'BEST! Floorz

We rarely write reviews, but we had such a super great experience with Maria & Izzy and with our kitchen Designer Henry that we decided to post this. We got a branded product at a great price, and the customer focused experience we received from Maria & Izzy was just exceptional.
From the moment we entered D’Best! Floorz showroom and met Henry we were impressed. We were looking for water resistant laminate plank flooring but were not sure of exactly the best ones for our particular project. Henry asked insightful questions, made helpful suggestions, and just worked hard to help guide us to our purchase decision. He obviously knows a great deal about flooring products and used that knowledge to make sure that we were satisfied. Henry made us feel like very valued customers.

I am new to Orlando, I come from Oakbrook Chicago. Leaving the cold town of Oakbrook. I bought my house and I needed to remodel everything, kitchen cabinets, bathrooms and the floor. After googling I decided to go to that store with the contagious "Dbest Floorz" jingle! I saw they have more than 400 reviews compared to others that did not even reach 100. I had gone to other similar stores such as Floor & Decor, Home Depot but DBest Floorz gave me the best treatment. They not only have a good price, but also excellent service. Everything was explained in details and confirmed in the contract. That was 2 weeks ago. So far they have finished the floor and the bathroom in my new house, and even though it took a few more days than anticipated, I am happy with the results. This company is the worst ever! After 5 very long months they have ripped me off and did not provide the service I paid for. They don’t care about there customers and not willing to work it out. They took the money and ran. They get you in the door and then don’t produce high quality work. There is so much more to the story , it’s awful that they do this to people. Please don’t get scammed by them like I did. They post a bunch of 5 star reviews but they are definitely not

You all are liars! It is unfortunate that Leo left the company he is the one that made so many promises that were not fulfilled to which I have emails, texts to back it up. And the bathroom is NOT beautiful and you should be ashamed. You put in the wrong shower floor and when the guys came out the final time they refused to take it out so I was left with the wrong...
