If you can, go somewhere else. Unless you can tolerate rudeness and awful customer service. I made a phone call this morning to try and get some information about excess product I had remaining after purchasing from you before. When my call was answered I got a "hello" like I had called a personal number, not a "thanks for calling" or a "you've reached D'Best". I wasn't even certain I had the right number initially. And then once I received the answer to my question, I was abruptly hung up on in the middle of my sentence before I could even follow up with a response and another question. Not even a goodbye... Having already spent thousands of dollars with you already I think a modicum of respect is warranted.
