I purchased a voucher online which provided me a “membership” for discounted cleaning services. The first cleaning I received was not great. They ruined my toiled seat and did not have vacuum attachments so the equipment did not allow them to properly clean. For the next cleaning service, I requested a different cleaning person and requested a person with high ratings and lots of experience. They could not provide a qualified cleaning person for the dates I needed. Then I received my bill and even tho they could not provide the service, they still charged me for the monthly fee. The scheduling system is very difficult to navigate so I emailed them each time I needed to try to schedule. It’s just a hot mess. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE If I could give them negative stars I would

I am very happy with the Dazzle Cleaning Service. Kiley does an excellent job every time, my house is sparkling after every cleaning.
The kitchen and bathroom counters stay clean much longer then when I clean myself. Noticeably less dust all over the house between the cleanings.
