Dazzle Cleaning Service

The owner of this company is amazing. Through grace she has to deal with bad reviews that is coming in about another cleaning with a similar name. When reading reviews be sure to call the owner to verify the company name. I know personally and she runs a great business.

Booked cleaning service and paid the charges, unable to get the dates I wanted, but unable to contact any personally to cancel. Every number that I called said oh no we are not affiliated with them they're terrible. Very, very upset right now.

So far... horrible customer service. Apparently their "deal" voucher also includes a PAID membership that you cannot cancel. So instead of saving, you actually spend more money...

Be aware there are multiple charges that they don't tell you until you're already locked in. Book one cleaning and they sign you up for a membership afterwards then say you can't cancel or you'll pay a huge fee. Then they say the only way to cancel is to leave bad reviews for the individual cleaner who is an independent contractor who they barely pay anything to. Then they let you cancel an appointment and AFTERWARDS say you will pay the full fee for canceling. Good grief. The individual cleaner was good though it's just a scammy business and good luck reaching customer service they're always closed and you can submit a help ticket that goes unresponded to.

Dazzle Cleaning Service has been amazing to use. They are on time and do a great job when they are here. They handle scheduling changes from either side promptly and professionally. The technicians have been friendly and do a wonderful job.
