I called with a major problem I had an animal scratching around in my heating ducts and now the smell all through out the house is terrible so I needed it located and removed. Louis came out the next morning and was completely sanitary wearing a face mask, gloves and shoe covers which is important during these times. He sent a camera down to probe all of my vents and didn't find anything, so he checked the drop ceiling, the hot water heater pipe, an exchange pipe but didn't find anything. Finally he located a nest and a squirrel in one of the exchange pipes and caught and released it safely. Louis went above and beyond what he needed to do in order to take care of a very serious problem for us and my family and I thank him and Davis Home Services for everything that they did to get our house back to normal during this very difficult time. This was especially notable since they had to correct the improper Air conditioning installation That was done by Sears home warranty services which effectively also rendered my heating unusable as well.
