Harry came out next day and listened to all of my concerns and the issues we were having. He allows me to walk with him and he explained each thing so that I could understand why he was checking each component and what every component’s function was. He determined there was an electrical issue and instead of just stopping there, he consulted a licensed electrician to weigh in. He didn’t propose a quick fix, but instead wanted to make sure the proper problem was identified and again explained thoroughly to me. He assured me that he and Davis were always here for any future needs and referred me to a licensed electrician for my problem. He charged a very fair price for the consultation and even though the problem wasn’t resolved, I feel completely satisfied with his professionalism and his courtesy. Harry showed up on time, called in advance and checked all of my units insuring they are working correctly.

Called the guys at very busy time but without hesitation after explaining problem they made time to fit my wife and I in there schedule.
