Would 100% give zero stars if it was an option. Our hot water heater went out (pilot light), tech came out and “fixed” it, charged us $200 THEN told us this “fix” is only temporary and that it might last a couple weeks but we probably needed a new water heater...it didn’t even last 18 hours. They promise satisfaction, they also have a 30-day guarantee which isn’t worth anything. When we called them explaining what happen they were told that they did “fix” the problem so they can do nothing for us.

Very dissatisfied with this company as they installed this A/C Unit and I have had nothing but trouble and now telling me there is a defective part from the manufacturer but I have to pay $1,200.00 to have it replaced! Unbelievable!! I am so mad right now!!!!
