I went into my basement on a Friday night to find that our water heater had busted and was flooding our finished basement. After turning the water off, I proceeded to attempt to clean the water while my wife searched google for a plumber. By chance we found Davis Home Services which serviced our area and had a good reputation. 9pm on a Friday night my wife called and scheduled an appt for early the next morning. The owener Ron came himself and gave an estimate, which we thought was a fair price, he wore a mask ( due to covid ) and coverings for his boots. Shortly after lunch the new water heater was dropped off and by mid afternoon his service tech was installing our new water heater. By 6pm, less than 24 hours from the initial call we had hot water again. We were very satisfied all around with our service, and will be customers moving forward. TJ got here within the hour of me calling and did a fantastic job fixing the clog. He cleaned up after and was extremely professional and pleasant.
