I called Davis after several attempts trying to unclog my bathroom sink. I am always nervous having people come out to look/repair things because of previous experiences of companies trying to take advantage of you. Ian from Davis changed my mindset completely. He was extremely pleasant. We explained what was going on. He gave us a price up front of what he was going to do and we went from there. After first attempt, sink seemed like it was clogged a lot further that what we originally thought. He said let me try again. He tried again and low and behold he got it unclogged. He didn’t try to take advantage, he was completely honest and didn’t give up in trying to fix our issue. I would highly recommend Davis and especially Ian to anyone having plumbing issues.
