I have only but good feedback on Jim. He came to our house on a Saturday, assessed the situation and did everything to fix a wall pipe that was leaking heavily right behind the water heater. There was little room to work and he did everything to avoid the need to remove the water heater. I sincerely appreciate his efforts to try to avoid going into a major expense. He fixed the pipe and before midday we have our problem resolved. Will definitely call this colpany again.
