Called Davis at 930am and received a sameday appt window of 11am to 2pm. Was texted at 1045am that my technician was enroute. Once here, I was impressed with professionalism and eagerness to help. Within 20 minutes I had 4 to 5 options of various cost solutions depending on my choice. Options ranged based on amount of work and materials to fix or replace problematic issues. Luis Caseres showed up at my home on very short notice. Neither of my two toilets were functioning, and I was desperate. Luis identified the problem quickly as a blockage in the outside pipe, and within a short time the blockage was cleared and both toilets were operational.
