They were my go to Plummer for years since I moved into Columbus Park in Burlington. I have used this company for big jobs as well as small jobs many many times . When I called for an emergency I was told they couldn’t come out until the next day , which doesn’t help my situation when I explained to Victoria that I am unable to use my bathroom . I now understand how this company treats its past customers. If I could rate them ZERO stars I absolutely would ! I will never call or use them again!!!

Davis Home Services never fails! Ian just left after fixing the issue with our toilet. He was respectful, helpful, honest, and fair. We have used Davis since moving to the area and have been pleased with every technician and their work. Plumbing or HVAC, they are always here to help, on-time, helpful, courteous, honest, and fair. Two separate service technician visits to repair 1985 Kohler "Low Boy" toilet. installed new cutoff valve & hose, new tank flow & level adjustment mechanism, and new ball valve for flushing. Both technicians were knowledgeable and explained the courses of action.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but I feel compelled to let others know that Davis Home Services Is the company that you should use when you need a plumber. I wanted a second opinion for a sewer line issue and saw the great reviews this company has so gave them a call. Both Ron and Tom were professional understanding and knowledgeable. I had what I thought to be a serious sewer line issue. Ron explained the best approach to diagnose and evaluate the problem and identify options. Tom came to my home and performed a camera inspection of the sewer line. He took the time to explain what was going on with my sewer line and he checked the entire line and not just where the problem was found. I had roots coming through a small hole in the line.
