This company texted me a pic of the plumber coming before hand which was very nice and appreciated. He came early and was very friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the issue same day and offered me advice on other potential problems to keep an eye on. Very friendly, very nice and absolutely recommend them. I signed up for their membership too.

Hired Davis to correct a tricky problem with her shower. Technician came up with a plan after discussing all the options. Did an excellent job in correcting the problem where the drain pipe was sitting a little higher then the shower floor pan which caused water to puddle around drain and become a safety hazard. Water drains just as it should now. Thank you!

The plumber that came out was IAN. He was very polite, very knowledgeable, friendly. He did all the work flawlessly, and cleaned up after himself. He also wore a mask for the Coronavirus.
