Very impressed from the start with their customer service. Very unexpected as from dealing with other companies here. They let you know via text and email when your appointment is, confirming the address technician is coming to, as well followed up with text the technician is on the way. In regards to Ian (technician) he was prompt, personable and very competent. Ian was very mannerable, explained what he was doing and took care of the problem expeditiously. They are a little pricey, but I would highly recommend them.

The technician TJ did an excellent job of finding the source of our leak and fixing the problem quickly. He did great work. He was quick but thorough. He cleaned up the work area after he was done and was extremely pleasant to deal with. Kind, polite, knowledgeable, and friendly.
The price was pretty good, especially for plumbing. (They are usually not the most affordable service.). The company was highly recommended in our neighborhood Facebook group and I see why. We would definitely use them again if needed.

Ian did a great job in my kitchen. He made sure the job was done right and complete.
