Technician Wayne was very polite, courteous. Extremely helpful with my Hot water heater issue and took the time to explain and empty my Water heater so that no more damage would occur until my specific water heater was available. Also Thanks to the other Technicians that assisted Wayne on the install. Also the customer service Representatives Victoria and Barb very courteous and pleasant.

The technician that was sent, Azeez Adedeji, was excellent. He arrived on time and accurately diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done. Since there was a sewer line crack, he had to cut away cast iron and replace it all with pcp pipes. I am very pleased with the work.
