Everyone from Davis was extremely helpful. When we initially called about our issue, they were able to have someone come to the house that same day. Everyone from the customer service rep, to the plumber, to the manager, was professional and open to answer any and all questions. If another situation were to come up, I would not hesitate and contact Davis Services.

This was the first time using this business. We were very happy with the service. We called several plumbers before calling Davis. They were very professional, gave us an appointment slot, which they emailed us right after we hung up. Then we received another email when the driver was on the way telling us who to expect. The plumber was very professional and pleasant. He looked at our problem and gave us an estimate before repairing. Upon completion, he asked for approval, explained their warranty and we were emailed our invoice and receipt. It was a pleasure working with them and we will definitely be using them in the future.

Davis Plumbing is by far the best plumbing service we have ever used! Jim is very personable and did an excellent job repairing our home’s sump pump piping . Prices are very reasonable.

Very prompt, professional service. Our water heater went water all over the basement and they came out immediately and within two days had a new water heater installed with new ball valves and an expansion tank. Very clean and very much on time.

They were responsive and I loved that they texted the name and a picture of who was coming to service you. My guy was great. He gave his opinion and then told me the breakdown of cost before I agreed to anything. He was willing to go to the store to get what we needed for everything to be done in one day. Also we had misc stuff in the area he was working in and he moved it just enough to do the work without any issue. He was respectful and professional and Overall I was very happy.
