We have never had any problems with Davis. Two times we had Ian come to our home for two different issues. He is nice, professional and gets the job done. Would definitely use Davis again and have recommended them to several friends.

My problem is the price for what was done. I had no problem with the technician.

The technician was nice and polite. He arrived on time. He figured out the problem via trial and error (which is fine).

My problem is the leak we had in our basement had nothing to do with plumbing. It was a problem with the roof. I’m glad he figured it out, but we were charged $125 for him coming out on a Sunday, and then an additional $225 for simply telling us what was wrong.

We had to pay $350 and nothing was actually fixed. Now we have to call a roofer to come fix the problem.

I can totally see paying $125 for the Sunday fee. I can see paying something for him figuring out the problem, but not an extra $225.

Jimmy was knowledgeable, personable and did a great job; he e planned everything thoroughly and was professional . Great experience… 10 out of 10 !!
