I had a leak on a shower drain, the plumber installed the new drain but never told me that shower base (fiberglass) was cracked. Until you stand on the drain water did not leak. Spent close to $500 for this repairs.
After couple of months water leaked again and called them again. At that point they revealed shower base was cracked.

It should have been told from day one.

They took the photo of the base first time but never said anything until I called them again.
