I call Davis plumbing on Sunday morning at 9am, the receptionist was so very helpful. She took her time to listen and scheduled a tech to come to my home between 11-1. I recieved a text message with the name and picture of the tech. Mike R arrived at 11am, he introduced himself and allowed me time to explain what was happening. He did an assesment of the issues. He spent the time to call and speak with my warranty company for work approval (this was outside of my warranty contractor, so approval was needed). My exterminator notices my sewer pipe in the basement was leak and recommend Davis. They were great! Did an awesome job replacing 12’ of sewer pipe in my basement. Kept me informed while working. There was a sewage smell coming from under my bathroom sink. Tommy came out to detect the issue and said the toilet was leaking into the crawl space. He also realized my sump pump was no longer working. He explained the work that need done, showed me pictures, gave me the price, and immediately scheduled it to be repaired. Elijah came out to repair the leak and install a new sump pump. He was quick, clean, and explained what he did. He provided pictures on top of going over everything. Both guys were friendly, professional, and efficient. I also think it’s a great touch that I received text updates on who the technician was with a picture and when to expect them.
