After I had an issue with my heater, I noticed corrision at the top of my not even 7 year old Rheem hot water heater. I wanted to get this replaced before it really became an issue. After actually pricing the cost of new hot water heaters and having received several estimates, I had Davis come out. Ian was my tech and I was somewhat suprised that he provided me my estimate and was also prepared to replace it that day. I also opted for an estimate for a larger hot water heater which required some additional work, for resale value, which I had also priced out. While they offered discounts their prices were slightly higher than others I received but I opted to get the work done. Ian did a great job. I signed a HVAC service contract with Davis in 2021 that came highly recommended by a neighbor. I signed because I was looking for a local company to support rather than the Horizon, Hutchinson companies that came to upsell you on everything. I wasn’t looking for that.

First tech from Davis I dealt with in the fall season (Christopher James) was nothing short of professional and honest! CJ even discovered more things about my system that previous techs from other companies failed to tell me. In the end, he NEVER tried to upsell me on anything that wasn’t needed and told me my system was running pretty good for its age. CJ, you get 5 stars all the ways If you’re reading this, if you ever end up somewhere else, I’d hire you!
