They've diagnosed and fixed for me: a busted hose bib, positemps that control hot/cold in the shower, cleared clogged kitchen drains, replaced a disposal, replaced a toilet, a hot water heater that had rusted through, faulty wiring for thermostat, burnt out blower, frozen AC.
