Jim is great! I’ve used Davis twice now and Jim has come out both times. He’s very professional, personable, and patient! I really appreciate that he takes the time to explain the issue and tell me how to prevent it from happening again. I also love that I can book my appointment online and receive text updates with expected time and picture of who will be coming out for service.
