I contacted Davis via chat on their website about my AC unit. The person, Christa, was friendly and helped and though it was late night placed my info in for a technician to contact me the next day. Davis technician, Harry, contacted me the next day and was very accommodating being a weekend. He arrived at my home at a time that was convenient for me. He was courteous and explained what was needed to be done. He fixed the unit so that my family would be comfortable and had the unit working til it is time for a replacement unit. Thank you

The tech who came out to do our repair (Harry) was wonderful. He was able to get us scheduled quickly, was efficient, friendly and professional.
