I wanted to have a wash basin installed in my laundry room and because of the great reviews that Davis Home Services had, I reached out to them. Everything started out great. The technician came in and described in detail how the work would be completed. He said he would get me an estimate later that day. I never received a phone call or email that night. 24 hours later I still didn't hear anything so I had to call the office to get the estimate and schedule the work. The appointment was for the following day. That morning I received a phone call informing me that due to an emergency they were unable to come out that day, which is understandable. A day before leaving on vacation I had a plumbing emergency outside my home. A tech was at my home within an hour of me calling Davis Plumbing, Ron was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful, he eased my worries immediately!! My plumbing problem was fixed/ resolved while I was on vacation, and I was kept informed through the whole process, by email, text, and video. Without question I would use their services again if needed. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing a plumber!!! Awesome job! The dispatch service is very detailed and incredibly accurate with the scheduling. Matt was my technician. He was extremely professional and considerate in our home. The job was completed quickly with no mess. I will use these guys from now on.
