I want to thank the whole Damage Control team for the amazing job they did at our house. Our sewer backed up into our newly refinished basement. The first team came out quickly and were so kind. They were efficient and quiet. It was hard for my husband and I to see everything go. They were so understanding and just so nice. The basement was cleaned out and up so quickly. The second team was just as nice. The sewer had backed up again before they got there and they didn’t even flinch. They cleaned up and then continued with their regularly scheduled duty of cutting out the affected walls. They cut the walls so cleanly that it will be very easy to put everything back together.
We are so impressed with the job that this whole team did, their promptness, their availability, and just their overall kindness during a really awful situation.
