Your crew did an excellent job. The project site was so clean after their work was completed. It was unbelievable
The only issues we had were scheduling and not being able to tell if moisture remained in the walls after they thought the walls were dry. Scheduling, calling a client 30 minutes before you were going to be there does not give the client enough tg ime to notify others esp in this case when tenants are involved. It would have been best if we were notified the night before. If you had to cancel for another emergency that would go over better than we will be there in 20 to 30 minutes.

They came everyday and worked extremely hard to get my flooded basement back to as normal as possible.
