I made an appointment for my son over a month ago the office manager Alice Smith said she was in charge called my husband a day before his appointment and cancelled our son appointment stated they were not taking new patients NOW she said the policy changed after we had the appointment set this is bad practice. My son has autism and need an evaluation we made sure they had all his records over a month ago this office has bad customer service and its really sad

We are currently looking for another pediatrician. After having my second child in January one of the nurses for us highly recommended this place and after seeing all of the positive reviews I was like oh definitely! To make a long story short I was HIGHLY disappointed!

My son developed very bad acid reflux which affected his breathing and after bringing it up to the doctor on several occasions she kept telling us it was normal (not yet knowing what IT even was) and that he would grow out of it. She didn’t ask any in-depth questions to make sure it wasn’t or was anything serious. So after his check up at 3 months we asked if they could do a culture (which they don’t do) or if he could be referred out to a specialist because my husband and I knew something wasn’t right and even some of the nurses would come in the room and ask if he always sounded like that or if he was...

Dr. Kaur genuinely cares and takes her time to examine my son every visit. She is thorough, straightforward, and honest while remaining kind and positive. She is extremely knowledgeable and always goes back over any and all comments made by other health care professionals in order to ensure an accurate diagnosis. The entire staff is professional and polite. With her it’s not about money or number of patients. When I had to switch insurances and the more affordable option was not covered by her office, she did not push me to get the more expensive insurance that would keep me in network. She understood and provided me with the names of other offices that she trusted that would take the new insurance. Luckily we ultimately were able to get an affordable plan in network. She's the best! She genuinely cares, and has always been super sweet with my son. Doesn't just come in and run through the motions, she finds out everything that's going on with him.

Dr. Kaur has been seeing my baby for almost a year. This year was tough for my baby, but Dr. Kaur never missed a beat! She was on top of my baby’s diagnoses and plan of care. She followed my baby’s care while in the hospital and knew right where to pick up once we were discharged. She was there for me as a mother when I needed to hear my baby would be ok. And She returned my phone calls in a timely manner. There is nothing more I could ask for in a pediatrician. She has gone above and beyond my expectations.

Great customer service! The doctor is very kind and friendly. Dr Kaur takes her time with you ad never rushes to finish the visit and answers all your questions!
