I use to love this office but the staff is rude. They can’t do anything themselves. Apparently they run an office without a doctor in it. Thats exactly what I was told today. They didn’t have a doctor so I wasn’t sure how they were even open seeing patients. The refuse to give patients medical records. Don’t take your kids here unless you want to fight and argue with everyone but the doctor who’s apparently not there lol.

The front desk staff is both rude and unkind, lacking organization.
Despite the practice not being busy, wait times are consistently long, and securing appointments is challenging.
Dr. Keur, while a pediatrician, comes off as abrupt and almost rude, displaying a notable lack of warmth towards my children. Would not recommend this practice.

I’ve been brining my son here ever since he was born and he has seen every provider there. My son is almost 2 and I have no complaints about the staff, drs, or wait times. The doctors have always listened to my concerns and addressed them properly I’m moving soon but will continue to make the drive up to Dacula just because I don’t trust any dr.

She's a good Dr. but when I say my child is probably going to antibiotics and you don't want to give them to her then, next following appointment she says she'll have to put her on antibiotics and this was for a ear ache. Our appointment was a whole week apart. They are sweet but, pointless if you will not listen. Now on top of that I can't get a appointment because they don't have any. More like they are tired of dealing with me and my children. For what reason who knows. Do not go to this dr

If I could do 0 stars I would. I just wanted to say how IMPATIENT & RACIST Dr. Kaur is. She never lets my sister talk and always brushing off any concerns that she may have. She’s always in a rush to finish and never gives us time to properly tell her what’s going on with her kids. My mom does not speak English and was told to not come back without an interpreter for herself. I think that was very rude & unacceptable.

Love this office. The Doctor is so caring and attentive. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Appointments don't matter. Everytime I have had an appointment with this place they have never been on time usually takes up to 1 and half hours after your appointment to be seen. After this last visit for my 2 kids 1 year old and 2 year old I will not return. My appointment was for a 1 year check up on baby girl after waiting for 50 minutes I decided to pack up the kids and leave without even being seen. I called to tell them not to bill my insurance company because I'm finding a new pediatrician and they just said "okay just have them send transfer paperwork over". What????
DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

I love Dr. Kaur, she is so knowledgeable , so caring and always pleasant with EVERY doctor visits.I remember when my daughter was sick , Dr. Kaur called to check in to to se show she was doing, for the first 6 months of our visits. I really appreciate her being so thoughtful and caring. My daughter is 4 now and we still would recommend this Doctor to anyone I know !

We have two boys coming over here, one 14 years old, other is a new born ... No complaints at all, doctors are amazing and compassionate. If you are looking for top service for your baby don't doubt to bring it here ...
