My Grandkids have been going here for many years. Love the personal attention and great advice. I would highly recommend them to young parents with Dr Kaur and the NP Ms Kim.

Our teens have been taken care of by Dr Kaur for a while. We have had great experiences with the staff every time we visit. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Dr Kaur and Dr Sophia Kim. They have been excellent care givers for our kids. A few years ago, we did a have to wait a couple of times due to backup of appointments but they have done a great job over last couple of years and we get appointments quickly and almost no wait time. The staff is very efficient and likeable, we have had no issues since they do a great job of text notifying us of our appointments in advance, while earlier they used to call us to confirm, which is a pattern i see with most physician's offices. I like their large visiting rooms, instead of the small cubbies in most places. Keep up the great work!

I experienced why this office has such a low rating as a pediatric facility.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Dacula Pediatrics when they refused to provide treatment for my child or allow rescheduling. I arrived today at 1:00 p.m and my daughter appointment was at 9:30 a.m which was a pure mix up in scheduling. This makes her second appointment which the first appointment I couldn’t make due to my son being badly injured during sports. I called prior to and explained my emergency. Despite communicating with the office we were turned away at the last minute because of their strict policy regarding having to reschedule after a missed appointments. Basically told me to find another doctor because I had an emergency and arrived at the wrong time for my second appointment. This could’ve easy been communicated with me after the unforeseen emergency or today...
