I use CSI for every buyer transaction. They do a very good job and their technology is better then the Mom and pop inspectors that don’t use drones to survey the roof and infrared to detect moisture behind the walls. They are a on the pricey side but you get what you pay for.

Barry was very pleasant and thorough ! He took his time, and answered all questions we had along the way and was very personable. He made it a great, relaxing experience for all involved- we definitely would recommend him to others:) All of the paperwork came back really fast and was very detailed.
