We had Patrick both times for our inspection of 6004 Drewys Bluff Drive in Fredericksburg, Va. 22407

He was prompt, serious about his work, thorough and diligent. On the 2nd inspection he was exacting in addressing all the faults found on

the first, and questioned the foreman re problems found. He took a good bit of time on each inspection and remarked on the improvements made.
