He was prompt, serious about his work, thorough and diligent. On the 2nd inspection he was exacting in addressing all the faults found on

Patrick came to inspect our home, and did a very thorough job. He was very knowledgeable with any questions that I had, and was able to do an inspection on a home with 4 bedrooms, 3 floors and a garage. He was able to find every thing that was wrong with the house, big and small, and categorized things according to fixes that should be done at some point and fixes that should be done immediately.
