This is my third time using CSI for a home inspection; I have used them every time I purchase a home. They have always been very thorough and detailed and this time was no exception. The person who met me at the property this go around was Ron, he started on the outside of the home and then worked his way inside. It took a few hours and I had expected this since CSI does inspect every last bit of the property. Upon completion of his inspection he went through all the items he found; although I did receive a very detailed report via email the next day, it was nice to go through the items with him there and it allowed me to ask questions and get answers that very moment. Inspection was completed on a Sunday. Barry was very professional and gave a thorough explanation of what to expect from the inspection, as well as a complete overview of his findings and possible remedies for each.
The entire process took approximately 4 hours, which was to be expected considering the size/ square footage of our home, and the additional infrared scan we purchased to go along with our inspection. Overall we were very happy with the service we received! Read more >
