Patrick did great work...he did miss a recessed light fixture that needed a little work, but he did find that the dishwasher leaked a little bit which was huge! He was very knowledgeable and personable and willing to answer all of my questions.

Mr. Robinson was incredibly thorough. The printed final presentation was professional and very detailed. Purchasing a home is a major investment and knowing that someone as knowledgeable as Mr. Robinson performed the inspection gave me invaluable peace of mind. As for any of the other items I received in the package from Barry I plan on looking it over and taking advantage of the items he had pointed out but the quick closing has not left me time to catch my breath yet. Ron and Alex were very helpful and courteous they did a very professional job working hard to inspect everything and pointed out some important things that helped us submit a set of working orders to the builder and contractors to correct the problems observed before our warranty expired. Some of these problems could have easily went unnoticed causing a much more extensive and costly damage in the future. The report was timely and the pictures very helpful.
