I was impressed with CSI from the very beginning. The person that I spoke to on the phone who set up the inspections of our home was professional and pleasant to talk to. When I requested Barry as the inspected, she was quick to let me know his availability times and from knowing that I was able to select a time that worked best for the builder and the inspector. Barry called us the day of the inspection just to clarify the time and location. After the inspection was done, Barry notified me that he would be sending a print out of the inspection. The notes from the inspection were clear and understandable for a layman. The notes also allowed us to go over with the builder any concerns we had about the house. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism I received throughout the process of my home inspection. I would not hesitate recommending your services to other people. As for any of the other items I received in the package from Barry I plan on looking it over and taking advantage of the items he had pointed out but the quick closing has not left me time to catch my breath yet. Both of the inspectors that came out were very thorough and were able to explain anything I had questions about.
