I was impressed with CSI from the very beginning. The person that I spoke to on the phone who set up the inspections of our home was professional and pleasant to talk to. When I requested Barry as the inspected, she was quick to let me know his availability times and from knowing that I was able to select a time that worked best for the builder and the inspector. Barry called us the day of the inspection just to clarify the time and location. After the inspection was done, Barry notified me that he would be sending a print out of the inspection. The notes from the inspection were clear and understandable for a layman. The notes also allowed us to go over with the builder any concerns we had about the house. I was very happy with the service I received with CSI and plan to use them again for the final inspection.
