I was unable to attend the home inspection but sent my son as my agent. He was extremely impressed with the thoroughness of the inspector who took the time to examine areas of the home that we would never have considered. The report I received was also extremely well done and easy to follow. Every inspected area included photos along with identifying arrows pointing to a particular item (also very descriptive) . Thus, I had no trouble identifying the issue that the inspector was attempting to convey. Would definitely recommend CSI of Virginia.

CSI was very professional upon arriving. Our field tech explained what exactly he was going to do in terms of his inspection, what he would be looking at and where he would be focusing greater attention at. Throughout the inspection the tech would explain things to me so that I would understand what would be pointed out in the report. The report that was supplied was very detailed and had pictures so that I could actually see what was being referred to. It was a great experience and would recommend CSI as they are an advocate for you when you hire them to inspect a potential piece of property that you plan on purchasing giving you that peace of mind that at least you did all you could to protect yourself and your future investment.
