We recently had a Home Inspection performed by Ron M. with CSI. This was without a doubt the most thorough home inspection we have ever had done. His experience and knowledge of so many different home systems proved invaluable. He was able to uncover so many items leaving us assured the home inspection was accurate and complete. He even uncovered several items the current home owner was not aware of.
At the conclusion of the inspection Ron went through all of the items on site, explaining in accurate detail with pictures.
The next day we received the full report. The report was easy to read and detailed each item.
As a result we were able to negotiate terms that satisfied us.
