When I arrived I was greeted by two GENTLEMEN who introduced themselves and explained the process of the inspection and assured me that they would spend time going over their findings when they finished.
During the inspection they pointed things out and asked if I had any questions.
They were both extremely respectful of the property and very kind in answering the (somewhat rude) concerns and comments from the owner.
When the time came to go over their findings they suggested a quiet and private spot outside where we could speak openly. They were both very patient with my questions and answered them in the best way, f ok....i r my understanding.
When we were finished they wished me the best in my new home.
When I left, I felt like the fee I paid was the best money spent during this home buying transactions.
