I have used CSI three times for previous home purchases. CSI does a very good job inspecting the interior/exterior and grounds of your prospective home. They are also knowledgeable on current code and safety requirements for homes (ever changing). I felt the tech that performed my home inspection took his time on scene and was not in a hurry to get it done and be gone, and that the he took the purchase of my potential home very serious and provided me with a detailed inspection (2.5+ hours for the inspection). The report was prepared fast in a detailed order with pictures and in a numerical order categorized by area/system and marginal/defective categories. There are a lot of choices for home inspections so choose wisely with your potential life long investment.
