Ron did a terrific job on the home inspection, evaluating all of the systems in the house, including all the appliances. What's more, he patiently walked me through each of the areas as he went along, explaining maintenance, operation, and what to look out for to head off disasters on HVAC, plumbing, drainage and other expensive home repairs. By the end of the morning, I had taken a bunch of notes based on our interactions, including a bunch of tips for a first-time home buyer like myself. I was impressed by the full report that Ron produced after the inspection, and feel that it accurately and comprehensively describes the structural and operational state of the house I'm looking to purchase.
