Crowned Credit

I just got off the phone with my credit rep and had to write this right away. He was patient and thorough, and didn’t gloss over any part of the process. We talked through every collection and late payment on my report, and he laid out what they’ll dispute first. I felt supported, not lectured, and that meant the world to me!

Had a great experience getting set up today. My credit consultant was friendly and down-to-earth. He explained the different programs the company was offering, what makes each one effective, and helped me decide based on the items on my report. There was no hard sell – just information and guidance. Really refreshing to deal with someone so professional!
