Incredibly disappointed with this service, don't waste your money and time. My husband and I spent hours cleaning the next morning because of what they didn't do and messed up. I sent them my complaints and received no response. The we want our customers to be 100% satisified or we'll come back in 24 hours is a lie. No one ever responded to me or offered to correct this. Floors weren't done, light switches weren't cleaned, glass shower doors not done, front door wasn't cleaned, cabinets not cleaned, dishwasher was run when we asked it not to be (they confirmed they got the message NOT to start it), water poured out, they said it was taken care of and it wasn't. Initially given a time of 10, then a window 9 to 12. They came at 1:30 and left at 5. Didn't ask permission to stay over the 2 hours and I am waiting to see the charge on my credit card to ensure the correct amount is $300.
