When I was forced to move suddenly after a family emergency, Cris's Cleaning Services provided caring, and high quality service. Jasmine, was incredibly understanding and encouraging and arranged a team to help within a short time frame. She provided daily communication and follow up. The cleaners did an amazing cleaning job in the apartment -- and everything I requested was done ! I highly recommend Cris's Cleaning Services. They are professional, efficient, reliable, and CARING !!! I am so much for their help during a very difficult situation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I am sad that I feel compelled to write this review. I have used Cris’s Cleaning 3 times over the years with awesome experiences. Specifically, I have used them for deep cleaning. Unfortunately, my last experience was not very good. What I had come to expect from them, the service and attention to detail we had in the past, was not what we got.
I have a house we just prepped to sell: new carpet, new paint, tile/grout cleaned professionally, new appliances. All I needed on the deep clean was attention to blinds, dust, and bathrooms. They spent less than 3 hours (2 people) and when I asked about getting the tubs/showers and blinds cleaner I was told it was not possible. So, I went back and cleaned myself and was able to get a lot more dust and grime out. I reached out to Cris again, after I had cleaned, and informed her that I was able to get things much cleaner.
