We hired cris’s cleaning service to do a move in, deep clean on our home (8/29/21) we had just purchased, the home was completely empty. I was told that inside and out of cupboards would be cleaned, baseboards cleaned, window blinds wiped down, basically everything wiped down and cleaned. To start off maybe half of our kitchen cabinets were cleaned or should I say minimally cleaned. Behind the stove where grease splattered was never touched. My downstairs floors were still dirty with crumbs in multiple areas, bathroom countertops dirty, it also looked like the baseboards were not even touched. Many blinds did not look like they were touched. Doors/door knobs etc still had dirt. Also, where dust was on the walls from furniture maybe in about 3/4 areas, it wasn’t even wiped down. Shower curtain rods were caked in dust that was also never touched. I understand not wiping walls etc but...

I requested a deep clean for a new condo I bought. The quote they gave me on the phone was far less than the quote they emailed to me day of appointment. I let it slide since it was a deep clean, I knew that would cost a lot of money. Then after my cleaning service I noticed that they missed quite a bit in the laundry area around the floors/washer and dryer. A little disappointed but the staff was very friendly.
