We hire Cris’s cleaning. Her teams are very nice. Work efficient. They gave us a two hour window of arrival and made it. And did a really good job. We decided to hire them for our every two weeks cleans. We booked what they call a general cleaning.

Horrible company. Arrived late and caused my Airbnb guest to check in way later than expected.

Forgetful and does not follow directions. Forgot guest gift bags 4 times in a row.

The owner Cris is horrendous. She called me at 10 pm at night, blamed me for all of her staff’s errors. Told us to tell our guests to check out early so they could clean earlier since they’re over booked. They didn’t take trash out after they said they’d run it to the curb. She blamed me for it and explained they don’t do that, yet Selena the concierge said they’d do it that day and they never did. Terrible customer service and she does not know how to run a business.

They also charged us twice for an ozone machine service that never worked.

She canceled our cleaning the night before when we have a guest check in.
